1.1. These Terms and Conditions govern the rental agreement between Nu-Look Car Rentals (“we,” “us,” “our”) and the renter (“you,” “your”).
1.2. By renting a vehicle from us, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
2.1. Renters must be at least 25 years old.
2.2. A valid driver’s license held for a minimum of two years is required.
2.3. International renters must present a valid passport and an International Driving Permit (IDP) if their license is not in English.
3.1. The rental period is defined in the rental agreement and is subject to availability.
3.2. Extensions must be requested and approved by us in advance. Failure to return the vehicle on time without approval may result in additional charges.
4.1. A security deposit is required at the time of rental. The deposit amount will be specified in your rental agreement.
4.2. Rental fees are payable at the start of the rental period. Payment methods accepted include major credit cards and cash.
4.3. The security deposit will be refunded upon return of the vehicle in the same condition as it was rented, minus any charges for damages or additional fees.
5.1. The vehicle is to be used for lawful purposes only and must not be used for:
5.2. The vehicle must not be driven by anyone other than the authorized driver(s) specified in the rental agreement.
5.3. You are responsible for all fines, penalties, and costs associated with traffic violations or parking tickets incurred during the rental period.
6.1. You are responsible for the basic maintenance of the vehicle, including checking oil and water levels, and tire pressure.
6.2. In the event of a breakdown, you must contact us immediately for assistance. Unauthorized repairs are not permitted and will not be reimbursed.
7.1. Basic insurance coverage is included in the rental rate. Additional coverage options are available and can be purchased at the time of rental.
7.2. You are liable for any damage to the vehicle, loss of the vehicle, or third-party damages up to the amount of the deductible specified in the rental agreement.
7.3. The insurance coverage does not include:
8.1. The vehicle will be provided with a full tank of fuel. You are required to return the vehicle with a full tank.
8.2. If the vehicle is not returned with a full tank, refueling charges will apply, including the cost of fuel and a refueling fee.
9.1. Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled rental start time will receive a full refund.
9.2. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the rental start time will be charged a cancellation fee equivalent to one day’s rental rate.
10.1. The vehicle must be returned to the agreed location by the specified date and time.
10.2. Late returns without prior approval will incur additional charges.
10.3. The vehicle must be returned in the same condition as it was rented, except for normal wear and tear. Additional cleaning fees may apply if the vehicle is excessively dirty.
11.1. We reserve the right to terminate the rental agreement at any time if these Terms and Conditions are violated.
11.2. In the event of termination, you must return the vehicle immediately.
12.1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of The Bahamas.
12.2. Any disputes arising from the rental agreement will be resolved in the courts of The Bahamas.
